Plans & billing

Arvello pricing for Estonian companies: Solo at €25, Growth at €49 and Business at €99 per month, with €5 add-ons for extra payroll people and bank connections.

Arvello has three plans — Solo, Growth and Business — billed monthly, per company. Each company you manage subscribes separately, and the subscription lives under Settings → Billing in that company's sidebar. Only Owners can manage billing; Members see a polite note to contact the account owner instead.

All three plans contain the full accounting core. The differences are capacity — how many payroll people, bank connections and team members are included — and a handful of reports.

Everything else is in every plan: sales invoicing and the invoice designer, e-invoicing over Peppol, expenses (including business trips and home office), bank reconciliation with categorisation rules, payroll runs, payslips, dividends and TSD returns, KMD VAT returns, the Pay Strategy comparison, profit & loss and balance sheet, fixed assets and depreciation, annual accounts in XBRL, year locks, and email support.

E-invoices are counted per calendar month, sent and received combined. On the gated reports, the aging reports and general ledger pages are visible on Solo but dimmed, with an upgrade prompt.

Add-ons

On Growth and Business, going past the included payroll people or bank connections doesn't mean changing plan: each extra person or connection is added to the subscription at €5/month, automatically. Add a fourth bank connection on Growth and the €5 appears on the next invoice; disconnect it and the charge goes away. People you pay are managed in People, connections in Banking.

Solo has no add-ons — its limits are fixed, and more capacity means moving to Growth.

Before you subscribe

Signing up and importing your company's details is free, and you can explore the product — including the Pay Strategy salary/dividend comparison — without a plan. A subscription is needed once you start actually keeping books: creating invoices, recording expenses, running payroll. The dashboard checklist includes choosing a plan for exactly this reason.

There's no separate timed trial to keep track of — the trying-out happens before you subscribe. If your subscription does carry a trial period (from a promotion, say), the Billing page shows a Trial badge and warns you with the exact end date as it approaches; your status is always visible on the Your Plan card.

Changing, managing and cancelling

The Billing page shows your current plan with its renewal date, a Current Usage card tracking people, bank connections and team members against what's included, and upgrade options. Upgrades and downgrades apply any time, with charges prorated for the current billing period.

For everything card-related, press Visit Billing Portal: update or cancel the plan, change the payment card, and download past invoices. Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period — the page shows the scheduled date — and your data is retained for 12 months afterwards, with exports available before you go.
