Getting started

Arvello is self-service accounting for Estonian OÜ companies (an OÜ, or osaühing, is the Estonian private limited company). Invoicing, banking, expenses, VAT, payroll, dividends and the annual report all live in one place, so you can run your company's books yourself rather than translating between five tools and a spreadsheet.

It's built for founders, freelancers and e-residents who run their own OÜ — people who want to send an invoice, see what's in the bank, and know what EMTA (the Estonian Tax and Customs Board) expects on the 10th and the 20th, without first training as an accountant.

How setup works

1. Create an account and sign in.
2. Run the company setup wizard — enter your registry code and Arvello fills in the official details from the äriregister (the Estonian Business Register). See Set up your company.
3. Work through the dashboard checklist — opening balances, a subscription, e-MTA authorisation, invoicing setup and a bank connection, each unlocking part of the product. See Your dashboard.
