Reports
Financial reports for your Estonian company: profit and loss, balance sheet, general ledger and aging reports, every figure traceable to its source document.
Once your invoices, expenses and bank transactions are in Arvello, the Reports section is where they turn into answers: am I making money, what is the company worth, and who still hasn't paid me?

Open Reports in the sidebar and you land on an overview β revenue, expenses and net income for the financial year to date, your current cash position, and a chart of the last six months β with shortcut cards to each report below it.
The reports
- Profit & loss β what you earned, what you spent and what's left, over a period you choose.
- Balance sheet β what the company owns, owes and is worth on a single date.
- Trial balance & general ledger β the account-level detail behind every other report. In the app, the general ledger appears as Transaction History.
- Aging reports β Who Owes You and What You Owe: unpaid invoices in both directions, grouped by how overdue they are.
Picking a period
Each report has the period control that suits it. The profit & loss offers This Month, This Quarter and This Year presets, plus a custom date range. The balance sheet asks for a single "as of" date, because it describes a moment rather than a stretch of time. The general ledger takes any fromβto range, and the aging reports always show the position as of today.
Wherever a report or a KPI says "year", it means your financial year, taken from the financial year start month in company settings. That is 1 January for most Estonian OΓs, but if yours starts elsewhere every report follows it β including the overview tiles above.
Only as current as your reconciliation
Every figure in every report comes from posted accounting entries. If last month's bank transactions are still sitting unmatched, last month's reports are a work of optimistic fiction. A pass through reconciliation before reading anything important keeps the numbers honest.
Plan availability
The overview, profit & loss and balance sheet are included on every plan. The general ledger and the two aging reports are part of the Growth and Business plans β on Solo, those pages appear dimmed with an upgrade prompt. See plans and billing for the full comparison.
