Email preferences
Choose which marketing emails you receive from Arvello — product tips and the newsletter — and how to unsubscribe. Essential service emails always send.
Arvello sends two kinds of email, and you control one of them.
Service emails — invoices to your customers, payment notices, tax-deadline reminders and account messages — are part of running your company on Arvello. These always send.
Marketing emails — product tips and the occasional newsletter — are opt-in. You choose whether to receive them, and you can change your mind any time.
With a company open, find your choices under Email preferences in the Settings group of the sidebar.
Your options
- Product tips & how-tos — occasional practical tips on getting the most out of Arvello and staying on top of Estonian admin.
- Newsletter — product updates and the occasional Estonian tax or business tip, no more than monthly.
Toggle either on or off and press Save preferences. Turning both off opts you out of all marketing email — you'll still receive the essential service emails above.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link in its footer; one click stops them. You can also switch the toggles off here at any time. Either way your essential service emails keep arriving, because they're part of the service, not marketing.
Language
Marketing emails follow the interface language you chose when you set up your company.
