Arvello is in English from the first screen to the payslip, and works out the Estonian taxes on board fees for non-residents.
Solo costs 25 € a month + VAT for one person running their own company. Two founders start on Growth at 49 €.

Each person uses the app and gets payslips in English or Estonian. Invoices go out in each client's language. Arvo answers questions about Estonian tax in English and links the law or guidance behind each answer.
By the 20th of the month after the period, in e-MTA. For October, that is 20 November.
KMS § 27 lg 1Arvello works out income tax and social tax on a non-resident board member's fee. There's no II pillar to deduct. Residents of other EEA countries with a certificate of residency get the basic exemption. Each payment goes on the TSD under the person's Estonian personal ID code, which e-residents have. A payment without one is added by hand in e-MTA, and Arvello tells you how many.
Pay Strategy compares a board fee, dividends and a mix of both at this year's rates. Mark yourself as a non-resident, add an EEA certificate of residency or an A1 certificate, and the tax changes with them.
Illustrative, at 2026 rates. If you work actively in the company, EMTA can treat dividends paid alongside a minimum fee as pay. For informational purposes only. Not tax advice.

Once a year
Every OÜ files an annual report with the Business Register, even in a year with no sales. Arvello drafts the whole report from the books you kept all year. You check it and file it at the e-Business Register portal.
For micro and small companies. A medium-sized company files a full annual report, which Arvello doesn't prepare.
