Settings & billing
Settings for your Estonian company in Arvello: legal and financial details, team members and roles, your own profile, plans, billing and the activity log.
Arvello keeps two kinds of settings, and it helps to know which is which. Company settings belong to the company β its legal details, the bank account on its invoices, who's on the team, the plan it pays for β and changing them changes things for everyone working in that company. Your profile belongs to you alone: your name, interface language, password and two-factor authentication. It follows you across every company you're a member of.
With a company open, the Settings group sits at the bottom of the sidebar with three entries. Company gathers everything that belongs to the company on one tabbed page: Company details (the legal and financial details alongside the display name, logo and danger zone), Members, Billing and Export for downloading your data. Account covers what belongs to you, with tabs for Account details and Email preferences. Activity Log holds the audit trail. Your profile is also reachable from the personal area β open Your companies, then choose Profile in the sidebar.
There's rarely a need to fill any of this in from scratch. When your company is new, the dashboard checklist walks you through company details, financial settings, invoicing setup and choosing a plan β the pages in this section are where you come back to change things later.
In this section
- Company settings β legal name and registry code, VAT number, financial year, invoice numbering, bank details and logo, and what each one feeds downstream.
- Team members & roles β inviting your accountant or co-founder, what Owners and Members can each do, and how team size relates to your plan.
- Your profile β interface language (English or Estonian), email, password and two-factor authentication.
- Plans & billing β Solo, Growth and Business compared, the β¬5 add-ons, and managing or cancelling the subscription.
- Activity log β the permanent record of who changed what, and when.
